Your Retreat Rhythm
Each day begins with morning yoga as the sun rises, followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic breakfast.
Mornings include mindful activities like organic garden foraging, Ayurvedic cooking sessions, or natural river meditation.
Afternoons are yours to rest, reflect, or simply be still in Littlebourne's tranquil gardens.
Evening Rhythm & Restore yoga sessions guide you gently into stillness. One evening features a sublime sound bath with live harp and music therapist.
Light Ayurvedic dinners close each day, creating space for connection around the table.
The retreat begins Thursday 5pm and closes Sunday 11am.

Liza draws upon her years of teaching experience and cultivating community for each person to land exactly where they are — offering classes that are both intelligent and intuitive, crafted to support your whole being. Your yoga practice will incorporate elements of gentle to revitalizing movement infused with rhythmic breathing practices that open a meditative state of awareness within.
The moments on your yoga mat during the retreat will be the foundation from which every interaction and experience unfolds. Your practice becomes a place that encourages you to truly be yourself. Swept up in the expanse of countryside luxury, let yourself remember the true essence of simply being and the possibility that is born from that space.
